To prevent loss and extend usefulness of the silicone diaphragm and white valve, wash gently by hand in hot soapy water and rinse under hot running water.
Ameda recommends regularly checking HygieniKit parts for cracks, chips, tears, discoloration and deterioration. If found, they may affect the functionality of the collection kit and should be discarded and replaced.
